Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
2. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
3. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
4. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
5. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
6. Implementation of security and data protection
7. Integration of data storage solutions (RDBMS, NoSQL, LocalStorage)
8. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
9. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Qualification:

1. Graduate in any Computer Related Course
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience
3. Familiarity working with the Linux operating system
4. Strong proficiency either PHP or Python programming languages
5. Strong proficiency with JavaScript
6. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
7. Knowledge of working with web development frameworks that run on PHP or Python
8. Strong proficiency with SQL and has a strong grasp of SQL optimization
9. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
10. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
11. Understanding fundamental design principles in implementing application permissions using role-based authentication
12. Understanding fundamental design principles in implementing a secure application
13. Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
14. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
15. Knowledge in Linux systems administration, or familiarity of setting up a web environment in
16. Linux is a plus
